We collect and store the personal information related to your account.The information include the following :

• First name
• Last name
• Home Club
• Date of birth(Optional)
• Date joined(Club)
• Contact Number
• Email

HOW WE COLLECT DATA

We collect data only in the following way

• When you voluntarily provide the data on account creation i.e when you sign up on the App

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may use the information collected about you in the following ways :

• Analysis and monitoring of App usage i.e demography
• Sent you emails with verification codes e.g when you forget your password
• Enable you to use the application

THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS

The information you provide via the App is only accessed by us. It therefore is not shared with any third parties.

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Data Retention

We will keep your data as long as you remain a member of the club. Your account may be suspended or deactivated but your data will not be deleted under such circumstances.

Data Deletion

You may request for account deletion via the App's Settings page where you either contact us using contact details provide under Settings > Contact Us option. Alternatively use the Settings > Delete Account. Our support team will be notified and contact you.
